At Bully Chainz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 30-day, no-hassle exchange and return policy for all of our customers. If you're not happy with the collar you've selected, simply return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

To process a return, please contact us at support@bullychainz.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address. All returns must be sent to our Texas, USA office.

If the chain is the wrong size, you have 30 days to contact us for an exchange. However, please note that the merchandise must be in its original, mint condition to be eligible for exchange. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with returns and exchanges.

For a full refund, we kindly ask that all returns meet our criteria: the dog chain must be in its original, mint condition, unmodified in any way, free from any wear or tear and with no visible scratches, dents, chips or physical abuse.
